The agenda, summary and minutes for the meetings are posted online here. If you are are a new visitor, there is an option to “Register” to the left of the search bar, which allows citizens to receive an email when an update to online agenda information is posted to the website.
The agenda is routinely posted on Friday before the meeting date. The summary provides a brief summary of decisions made at the meeting and is posted as soon as available following the meeting. The detailed minutes must be officially approved by City Council; therefore, minutes are posted once reviewed and approved by City Council at the next regularly scheduled meeting.
