The City of Lexington, NC (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide services that promote, maintain and enhance the City’s Uptown Municipal Service District (“MSD”) and to work with the City and its staff and the MSD Community to achieve mutually developed goals. We are sending out this Request for Proposals as required by NCGS § 160A-536 related to Municipal Service Districts.

The City of Lexington (hereinafter referred to as the “City”) is located on the I-85 Corridor representing a growing area that connects large metropolitan regions. The mild climate, diverse work force and proximity to the Piedmont and Triad combine to make Lexington a great place to live, work and play.
