On September 17th, the Planning Board unanimously voted to recommend City Council amend the zoning regulations for Internet Sweepstakes businesses within the City. The new regulations would establish a licensing system, put fees into place, and better align with State law pertaining to sweepstakes and gambling. 

City Council will hold a public hearing on the matter and consider adopting the proposed ordinance on Monday, September 24th at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall.
