In the event of widespread outages, we respectfully request customers to have confidence and patience with the automated outage reporting system and the extent of the damage.  Remaining outages and escalated call volumes may not allow for every customer to reach a call center representative.  Lexington Utilities SCADA technology informs crews of outage areas.
