The accuracy of your bill is important to us; and so during this process, you may experience a wait at times at City Hall or on the phone with our utility account representatives. Lexington Utilities billing system upgrade takes place February 5th - February 19th.

If you pay your bill online, note that online bill pay will be unavailable from Friday, February 2nd at 5:00 p.m. until Noon on Monday, February 5th.  We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
