The City of Lexington, in partnership with the Piedmont Triad Regional Council, has been working on a Housing Needs Study to assess our community’s current and future housing needs.
 
We are hosting two virtual sessions to receive input from Developers and Real Estate Professionals. We will review the data from the housing needs survey and resident feedback received thus far on future housing supply. These sessions will cover the same material.
