Our youth basketball program partners with the J. Smith Young YMCA. The league is coed, and offers 4 age groups. Teams will practice and play from Dec – Feb at the YMCA. 


Wrestling teaches discipline, confidence, hard work, and toughness. Taught by local coaches and wrestlers, held at Lexington Middle School.  Ages 5-12, program runs from November through February.

Adult Flag Football Lexington, NC

Get your friends, coworkers and family together for flag football! Games will be held at Finch Park on Saturdays beginning October 21.  Don't have a team?  You can register as a free agent as well!

The City of Lexington Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of quality athletic programs to over 600 youth participants each year.  Youth athletics are offered to both residents and non-residents, except for youth football, which is for residents only due to participation in county league.
